Thank you for your interest in Assumption Catholic School! Here you'll find more information related to applying and enrolling in our school. Or, if you're ready, simply click on the button and start your application now. Prospective students may come for a day to shadow and meet their classmates.


All new admissions in grades 6th-8th require an appointment with Mrs. Ellis prior to enrolling. 


Enrollment is on line this year. If you are new click the new family link on the right. If you are returning, please log on to your family portal and follow the links at the right. Students who are enrolled by May 1st will be given a school uniform polo at materials drop off in August-for free!

  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.

  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.

  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.

  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.

The code is ACS-CO. Re-enroll by March 20th to be entered into the drawing to be principal for a day. Re-enroll by May 1st to get a free uniform polo.
