"Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20

Our

Mission

Under the patronage of

Our Lady of the Assumption, we seek to imitate Her obedience and love for God through worship, teaching, and acts of mercy so that all may come to know Christ and do His holy will.

Our

Community

Our community is built upon the foundations given to the Church by Saint Luke in the Acts o f the Apostles:
"And they devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and fellowship to the breaking of the bread and the prayers" (Acts. 2:42).

Pillar 1:

Teaching

For us, Teaching means: parental empowerment and support to hand on the Faith to their children; large group studies on the Church for the seeker, convert, and life-long Catholic alike; monthly talks given by local priests and religious; and more.

Pillar 2:

Fellowship

Fellowship for us means: gathering for our annual bazaar; for our Lenten,

St Nick’s, St. Patrick’s, and Spaghetti dinners; and for bimonthly bingo. We also encourage small groups, and seek to draw all to a fruitful and edifying Catholic community. Join our parish!

Breaking of the Bread means: assembling each week for the Sunday Eucharist, praying for the souls of our deceased loved ones in the Funeral Liturgy, and strengthening engaged couples for strong and holy families.

Praying

At Assumption, Prayer means: gathering before Mass for the Rosary,
